Back-Bone Gear Inc. (Back-Bone) is located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada and ships to many international destinations. Customers from outside Canada are responsible for their country’s import taxes, duties and applicable clearance fees. These additional charges are not included in the shipping price. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what the additional costs will be prior to buying. Clearance fees can be determined by checking with your local FedEx, DHL or post office website. - We are unable to mark the package as a “gift”.
- Declared shipment value will come from your invoice and it will not be altered.

As a general guideline for our US customers, shipments valued under $800 USD are tax and duty free. Shipments above $800 USD typically are subject to 10% tax when imported.
