Designed for our H8PRO modified HERO8 camera, the HERO8 Tripod Mount also brings professional mounting options to the standard GoPro Hero8 Black. Made of premium machined aluminum it adds three standard 1/4″ – 20 tripod mounting points on the bottom of the camera, and the camera remains fully waterproof. A Torx T5 screwdriver bit is included for the easy removal of the original folding mount. Simply insert it into any multi-bit screwdriver for use. Make sure the bit is properly engaged with the screws before turning. We recommend placing the folding mount, T5 bit and original screws in the small baggy for use again in the future. Simply place the new tripod mount on the bottom of the camera and tighten the 4 silver screws using the L-Key provided. Don’t over tighten. The mounts can easily be exchanged at any time.
